Came in on 12/3/2022 around 5pm. Kid who took our order was impatient and seemed annoyed. Ordered two sandwiches which were... supposed to include bacon but was given baconless sandwiches. Meat was icy (gross) and vegetables were old and needing to berestocked. Bread was definitely old and hard. Best of all they kick all of their trash in pile in the corner in front of thebread baking section. Disgusting crew. Wish I could get my money back. Read more
food is good employees have attitude and there are health and food safety violations all the time. The picture attached is of... them prepping and wrapping food for Internet orders right beside bottles of cleaner. Ordered a sandwich and got a soggy log.... way to much oil and vinegar couldn't even eat it. Absolutely gross.
Didn't think you could mess up a simple sandwich shop business. Apparently you can. From getting yelled at because they didn't... have any more turkey (which the next customer was able to order without issues) to weird sandwich sizes, this place has themaking of a terrible place to get lunch/dinner. Cons- - Expensive subs - Small subs - Amazingly bad service. They 'lost' my subwhile I was telling them they are giving my sub to another customer. This is after me telling them 2 times before. And ofcoursethe yelling and the lie they didn't have turkey anymore and then turning around and making a turkey sub for the very nextcustomer. Maybe you can only order a single sub?? Lol. That's great business right there. Never going back. Update: Readthrough a few other reviews and it sounds like the man with the man bun is the issue. Bad attitude for sure. Soooo, we order online, went to pick up very expensive Cheesesteak subs. Get there, not ready, waited 30 minutes for the numnuts... to make our order. Walked in and of course a bunch of teens feffing around. Get home the large Philly cheesesteak had NO meat!!!Just cheese, onions, mushrooms. WTH? Our order was 30+ bucks for two freaking subs!
