7/9/22 - I swear Movie Taverns just been going down. This weekend really seals the deal. Used to be cool paying more for tickets... here, but the other theatres have all caught up and passed movie Tavern and are still cheaper. No AC at all, it was colderoutside the theater than in... Employees saying the app hasn't been working for over a week to order need to order at the bar...only one lady at the bar taking orders... popcorn and drinks took 40 minutes to be delivered and not at the same time even. Onedude at the bar had been waiting for over an hour for his popcorn and was demanding a refund. I have no idea what's going onhere... but for like 4 bucks extra a ticket for worse quality... watch your movies elsewhere until these folks figure themselvesout again. Haven't been here since, well you know when. Any who, everything was great kinda disappointed they no longer allow ordering food... from your seat. The good news you can pre-order food online and they'll deliver it to your seat. Maverick was, in my opinion,excellent! Plot was was a little thin but appreciated (no spoilers here). I have not been to the Movie Tavern in almost 5 years. We came back today for lunch and to see Maverick. I?m so glad we did!... While much has changed, especially among the amount of staffing, everyone who was working was very nice and helpful. The foodwas on the pricey side but was VERY GOOD. I loved my Hollywood Heat Burger. A perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. ThanksMovie Tavern!! Read more
