Food was good. Ordered from the manager and ordered well done waffle fries. When my order came up, I asked if the fries were... well done and she said we don't do well done fries here! What? Why didn't the manager taking my order say that? Why wouldn'tthey do well done fries? Crazy. Most of the fries were okay, but more than a few were soft and kinda uncooked completely. I was very disappointed. The very first time I experienced Chick-fil-A, I thought it was the best thing since white rice. This... most recent experience the food was horrible, the chicken sandwich was I don't know what it was and the fries were cold. The staff here is the absolute sweetest! I was in charge of picking up food for an organization?s event, and they helped answer... any questions I had the minute I walked in the door. I?d gotten there early and still had some time until the set pickup time.The manager kindly offered a drink while I waited. The woman at the counter waited patiently while I decided what I wanted toorder while I waited. Once the order I was picking up was ready, there were many boxes and bags that needed to be taken out tomy car, and the worker did not hesitate to help me carry them to my car. I cannot thank this Chick-Fil-A location enough for 1)their generous donation and 2) for the considerate helping hands when I was there. I wish I had gotten their names! Read more
