Had my daughters 1st birthday party here and have absolutely no complaints. We did the private party option. I got there early... and everything was all set up already. It was SUPER clean, many of my guests even stated how cleaned it smelled as soon as youwalked in. Poor customer service, and poor attitudes, that includes the owners almost smart a** responses. Wouldn?t recommend at all, went... to a birthday part where the parent was disappointed & I was also even though it wasn?t my child?s party. So glad I?ll beskipping this place because I almost considered having my daughters party here in a few months but hard pass. I won?t berecommending this place to anyone, I?ll actually point anyone I know in a different direction. There are still good kid places/party places, with a lot more professionalism. I see a lot of reviews from moms who are happy with this play place. Well I?m a grandma and this place is 100% grandma approved!... We brought our two year old and 10 month old grandchildren here to play and they were nonstop happy and running about for twohours straight. It?s absolutely perfect totally clean and well-kept and they have lots of little attractions that toddlers findfascinating and fun will definitely be back all winter. I want to give a shout out also to the person working there today youngwoman I did not get her name but she was very helpful kind and just ran things there very smoothly which I appreciate. I booked a birthday party off of a recommendation and was very disappointed with the interaction I had with their front desk... staff! She was very rude and unprofessional so I cancelled my party reservation. The manager initially agreed to expedite myrefund but after stating I would leave a review of my poor experience she changed her mind and decided to make me wait for myrefund. Their cancellation policy also states you?ll be charged $50 to cancel even if you cancel well enough in advance for themto secure another party! Seems like a rip off to me! I really hoped to enjoy this place with my children but I?ll neverpatronize a place with horrible customer service!! *Edit and as you can see in the response, the blatant disregard for thecustomer is apparent. I did not ever negotiate pricing or expect a discount, the person responding to this review wasn?t theperson that I spoke to and that wasn?t the information given! Took my 3yo for the first time today (7/8) & he had the best time. I previously read the bad reviews & im glad i did not listen... to them. The lady working today (sorry i did not catch her name) was so incredibly nice, kind & helpful. It was not crowded atall. There were about 8 kids total and she was so attentive and helpful to everyone that walked in. She was so nice checking usin and explaining the rules and when we were leaving came to talk to us and gave him a lollipop. I saw her do that to everyone.Literally the nicest customer service possible. It is incredibly safe and so fun for my toddler. He is lightening fast and allover the place but I could relax and let him run around the whole place because every attraction was geared for toddlers.Everything was exceptionally clean, even the huge sand play area. He had so much fun. We will definitely come back all the time.After having such a great experience and reading these unnecessarily bad reviews .. i feel like the reviews have to be fakebecause this place is really truly great.
