Delicious cakes, TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a tres leches cake and got regular cake. Bakery completely refused to do... anything to rectify THEIR mistake. Asked three times whether Silvano (attendee) could do anything for me? Answers varied between?once we give it to, you we can?t do anything? and ?all you can do is buy another one?? So again, delicious cakes (tres leches)and for peace of mind ended up just buying another cake. So stay away! Or go for the cake BUT please DON?T expect a decentcustomer experience. Read more
La France bakery went above and beyond to create a Fruity Pebbles tres leches birthday cake for my daughter. It wasn?t on the... menu, but Gino was willing to give it a try as long as I brought a few supplies and a recipe for an idea. The cake wasbeautiful and tasted AMAZING. The $150 cake we ordered for my mom's 80th birthday was made horrible. This bakery gave me a poorly made cake, it was 2 levels... but had no support in the cake. The baker is either new or just don't care. I don't recommend them and wish i never went, theyruined such a special event. I have ordered cakes from them before and was pleased but the quality has changed and now theircakes are made poorly and taste bad. Read more
