Never going to little Caesars again. Ordered online and it came out 20 min after they said it would and it was burned. I placed an order online at this establishment today. For one it?s weird that they use DoorDash as the delivery option but... anyway I was missing an item from my order and I called to see what happened to that item and the Manager Carlos was very unprofessional and rude simply because he was mumbling and I asked to speak to somebody who I can understand and he told me ifI?m going to be rude I?m going to hang up on you and I?m like how is that being rude because you act like you can?t talk to acustomer then he stated that they?re not responsible for the item not being with the rest of the order and my boyfriend and Iwas like what that don?t even make any sense. Carlos is a very rude person and should not be working with people, I?ve beenworking in the customer service industry for many years and that?s not the way you treat customers at all. Read more
