Most ridiculous service. I placed an order at 6:00 PM. The order was for Curbside pick up. I got to the store at 6:45 and Called... to let them know that I was out side. No one picked up and I noticed there were lot of people inside the store. I went insideand informed the guy that I was there to pick up the order and provided my name. He said I will be right back. There were 12people waiting inside. I asked one of the customers waiting inside and he said he has been there since 45 min. After about 5min. the employee comes to front and I showed him the app to tell him that it says the order is ready can you just look in theoven to let me know if my order is ready? Without saying anything he went back again for another 10 minutes. Other customerswere also loosing their patience by now and the employee came in front again and I requested to just tell me if my order isready or not so I can just go to Domino's His response was " You can go" No apology, no explanation of why order is not readynothing.
