This is the 3rd time I come to this location, it says that the drive thru is open at 6am, and they are not. I patrol the area... for 11 hours as security with no food or anything to drink only hopping that they stay true with the hours of opening but afterI leave I got an hour drive home so it would be nice to see that they open at the time they say they will and not be greeted bycones and denying services to customers. After a very recent change in management, this place runs like a Japanese train line. Several times I have been in the drive... through at lunch and at 5:30. Food came out faster than any other McD?s I have ever visited. Staff is friendly and they alwaysseem to have fun. Read more
I'm not a fan of this McDonald's location. The fries are always terrible and there are a lot of rude and pure lazy employees. ... Also the sweet tea is awful. I want sweet southern tea not licorice tasting stuff. Gross. Anyway maybe this is a good thing asI've been put off of fast food. Read more

Best owned and operated McDonald's in Cleveland and quite possibly the Mid-West U.S., at least that I've ever been to. They're... so on-point daily and mistakes are so rare that you end up feeling shocked that one time they forget to add the Sweet & Soursauce packs for your kid's chicken nuggets. It makes for a very confusing moment because it's so absolutely unusual to encounterissues at this location.
