We were here for the grand opening of PHO 478 and the broth was so delicious we had to come back again to try Bun Bo Hue number... 41 it?s has a kick and they use fresh ingredients perfectly cooked proteins and a broth with incredible depth of flavour.Welcome to Aurora !! New owners just opened today and this place is amazing!! I had the beef pho and grilled shrimp with rice both amazing very fresh... but a huge shoutout to the peanut sauce they give with the rice paper rolls! Service was pretty slow or the chef is, because the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Do not expect big food portions. Phai thai... was too watery not to the real thai standard that I had eaten in Thailand. Our server was wonderful and made the experience morepleasant. Read more
