Ordered lunch for my staff during Cinco De Mayo, the service was exceptional! Placed my super large order 2 hours before knowing... they will be busy today and still got the order on time. Hardest working crew in the business. Their staff is lovely and sowelcoming when you step into the store. Their salsas are so authentic, nothing you can buy at grocery stores. I DID like this place. Until we orders well in advance for a work lunch and they forgot an entire order. The chips are stale and... not made in house. They?re likely purchased at a grocery store along with their cheap store bought salsa. They were extremelyrude when we called to tell them they forgot an order. And when we went to pick up our missed order rude again to our facetrying to say we were lying that?s they missed packing an order. Just a rude establishment overall. This is my go to place to order Catering for my meetings and parties. The owners always make sure they take care of me. They... give so much extra food for catering that I can eat it for lunch next day. I have never experienced such a hospitality at a fastfood place. My family and I eat here on weekly bases. They make their own Salsa and Sauces. I usually buy their cilantro limesour cream and paprika mayo for my house. I haven?t been this pleased with any food places in Aurora.
