UPDATE: Rachel the manager reached out and fixed the situation accordingly. Thank you guys so much! I came in tonight (April... 18th) with a friend 20 mins before closing. I got the Hulk smoothie I ordered it with chia seeds and have had it before andloved it! This time, I came in and a young blonde petite lady, with tattoos behind her ear served us. When she gave me mysmoothie I was so, sooo disappointed with the taste and overall product. There was no chia seeds (i paid extra for this) and Ipointed this out to her. I also pointed out that this smoothie tasted so bland. It tasted almost as if she blended only spinach,avocado and plain yogurt together. My friend also tried it and agreed. The lady working offered to help by adding more agavewhich really wouldn?t do much but add sweetness, but that wasn?t my complaint. Also I felt rushed and I didn?t want her toremake it as it was closing time. I feel robbed with how much I paid for the small product, and with what I received tonight. Ittruly feels like she was missing products that were integral for the smoothie as it was the end of day and tried to wing it.
