Great quality meat, customer service and delicious soup base options. Lots of choices to choose between from the soup base, to... the meats/seafood, vegetables and side dishes. The staff explained clearly how to order since it was our first time here. Theywere very friendly and helpful and the food came out quickly. We loved having ice cream to finish off our meal with! Check out ye skewer hotpot! It was the best food I’ve had in ages and I’m already looking for a reason to head back out from... Burlington to Aurora. This business started amidst Covid chaos and deserves a tonne of customers, we went at 2pm or so and itwas quiet, luckily! The service was wildly good and he explained everything to help us have the best experience. The soup baseswere so tasty and the add-ins were delicious and fun to cook too! They have a dip and condiment bar with sauces and toppings foryour hot pot items. Excited to find out there is a new AYCE hot pot in the area. Food was surprisingly decent and has a wide range of selections but... the service was not sufficient. We showed up around 3pm and the sauce&dessert bar were all empty. There was a few customerseating at that time but no waiter comes up and welcomed us. The girl who serves us is also bit of clumsy.
