Went there today around 9 like I always do regularly. Today they forgot my granola for my yogurt . I?m not one to complain but I... feel as their doing it on purpose because a couple times before that they forgot my sandwich. I went all the way home and had togo all the way back . The reason I feel like it?s done on purpose is because I always order online so they know it?s me when Icome. Do better and fix the attitude. I?m spending my money while also being polite. Customer service is trash. I did a online order for mobile pickup and they didn?t greet me or anything until after the fact that... they served two other cars behind me. She told me to drive back around and scanned the code as if the app didn?t tell me to tellthem that I have a mobile order. People that work at drive thru has poor customer service. I?m a regular because I work closeand my order is wrong 10/10 so they get upset when I return the order that they gave me wrong in the first place. My family and I love Chick-fil-A especially I usually go there on any occasion with the fact they're food is awesome. This place... has history with everything changed before and after Coronavirus (COVID-19) there used to be playground which they removed thatto make it a good favorite spot for everyone to come in.
