We love this DQ!! We do wish they had a drive thru but given their location, it isn't possible. The people are wonderful!!
Private parking is very limited and cramped. On street parking is not a very good option at this location. They close for the... winter. Service today was fast. Still.plenty of student age help standing around doing nothing though. Read more

I called about a mistake with my order. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket only to find fries inside the box. I was... feeling very hangry and when I called about the issue, I wasn't very patient or calm. The employee repeated back the issue, andit wasn't right, so I corrected her. Then she said she would get the manager. I spoke with the manager and she kept asking whatI ordered. She finally said she was having trouble finding my order. She said she was in the back with the cooks and couldn'tremember that order. I then told her there was a guy working the drive-thru and I paid him $12 for my order. She then proceededto tell me they do not have a drive-thru. At that point I asked what location I had just called. Turns our, I called the WRONGlocation and was a complete jerk as my patience kept growing thinner and thinner and the ENTIRE time, the staff were friendly. Ifelt really really bad when I realized I called the wrong location and deeply apologized, but the staff was super kind and triedtheir best to figure out my order for like 5 minutes so they could resolve the issue. Great staff! I appreciate their kindness,their effort, and their patience dealing with a super upset customer. Read more
