Incident on 4/3/22 at Amy's Ice Cream stand. I walked up to the guy working there and simply asked him if they are open. He... responded "What the hell do you think? The lights are on!" I then told him in a nice tone that I was simply asking him if theywere open and did not appreciate the attitude. It went downhill from there as he went irate. He then slammed the ice cream onthe counter. This all went down in front of my 8-year-old daughter. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I was close to reporting this guy to the airport management but had to catch my flight. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more
