This is actually a pop up kitchen so currently no indoor seating. You order from a QR code on the tables. We ate on a covered... patio on picnic tables. The pizza was delicious. Crispy bottom crust and chewy on top. Sauces were very fresh and toppingstasted authentic. The garlic knots were AH- mazing! Owners were very gracious and attentive. Read more
Phenomenal pizza. Seriously the best I?ve ever had. The Romana style is light and airy. The NY style is a lot thicker than I... thought it would be but still delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and well made. I might get hate? but I can?t eatpizza without ranch. Their ranch is PERFECT. The guy helping with orders is SO nice. I don\'t know why Austin and especially South Austin can\'t do a good NY style pizza (besides homeslice), so leaving a review in... the hopes this place gets popular and stays. They do white pizzas (again, don\'t know why everyone doesn\'t do these). The Romanstyle is amazing, better than an 8 corner Detroit pizza. All ingredients are 1st class, so even something as simple as garlicknots are just so good. Read more
Baldinucci is going to be your new favorite pizza place in Austin. The pizza Romana is a square style pizza with a slightly... thicker, but lighter, crust. It?s light and doughy inside and crisp and lightly oiled outside, kind of like focaccia, but evenlighter inside. This place nails it and all the pizzas I?ve tried have been fantastic. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The pizza is delicious! I tried 3 different kinds and they did not disappoint. The... garlic knots were amazing. And the pumpkin pecan gelato was one of the best things I ever tasted. Everyone was super friendly,and you can tell the people working there are happy to be there serving the best pizza in Austin.
