It?s so so good. My Asian parents didn?t even realize it was all vegan. The texture of the seitan (I think it?s seitan) is... pretty spot on! I highly recommend getting your non-vegan friends to try it out. I also recommend the salty lemonade and callingahead to place your order. They start getting really busy around 4pm so you may need to wait a bit for your order but it?s trulyworth it. They will also close for extended periods of time so check their site before coming. It?s a good truck with verylimited outdoor seating so plan accordingly and enjoy! Read more
