I love some Chick-fil-a. However, not this location. Rude staff. Manager waved me off and ignored me when I asked about how to... get to the drive thru. It is confusing. Homeless harassed me in the drive thru after I found my way to it. Another person wassleeping against the building right before the register window. Sandwich I ordered was sloppy, and wrapped poorly. Not the thefriendly service I have come to expect from this establishment. Not a great experience. Wont return to this location. Read more
Our family of 5 has been eating at this location at least once per week over the last 5 years. The last 4 weeks the service has... been great, but the Oder Accuracy has been poor at best. Wrong items in the bag, missing salad dressings and sauces, missingsandwiches and missing drinks. Nothing worse then making it home with a big bag of food and not having enough for the family.It?s happening mostly in the drive through, but today it was in the online pickup. I?m only sending this to bring the issue tomanagement?s attention so it can get better. We don?t plan to go elsewhere, just hope the order accuracy improves. Good tasty food and quick service. Sadly this location is not the cleanest, only one register was open which is understandable... as more people were in the drive thru. The register areas were soiled with drinks and liquid stains. Jaime was very friendlywith our son but took our order in stages so he could prepare the drinks as he took the rest of the order. Stupidest parking lot and entrance to the drive thru. They recently started blocking off the parking lot entrance with cones and... a homemade Do Not Enter sign making you have to reverse in the middle of the parking lot to get out. How about Chick-fil-a usesall their money to invest in some REAL legitimate Chick-fil-a signs telling people where to enter/exit. Ridiculous andembarrassing for them. Read more

How many times do I have to order to get my simple order right?? I came to chick fil a drive threw on 11/17/22 I ordered a... simple Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich no pickles the boy who took my order repeated it correctly but typed it in wrong and justordered a regular sandwich with nothing on it. I got home by the time I noticed, I was not gonna eat just a bun and some pieceof chx so I decided to order AGAIN THREW DOOR DASH MINUTES LATER!!! Well now I received a deluxe with no lettuce and PICKLES ONIT?? Who is in charge of this place? Once ok i get it but twice to get my order wrong back to back is so frustrating! CHICKFILL A ON TECH RIDGE DO BETTER! I highly recommend for everyone to go to any other location but this one.
