If you order online, make sure to not only confirm your name on the bag, but the plate as well. The bag had my name but the... plate was for a door dash order. I went back to request my correct order AND they gave me someone else?s food for a secondtime. You're OK so I've been in customer service my whole life and you know covid destroyed my life and I've literally been homeless... for 11 months and you know I kill myself every day to make sure my daughter eats in my family and then I worry about me. This location used to be great. Now, not so much. 8pm on a Wednesday night and the line is out the door. Line is going slow,... all tables dirty, food pans are scant with hardly any burrito fillings in them, serving surface looks gross with old foodscattered about,, no guacamole, no sofritas, no watermelon limeade and no manager in sight. I was just calling some minutes ago to let you know I?m on the way to pick up my order and will probably get there at 9.55pm and... the person who picked up refused to say anything and hung up on me, now I was charged for a food I never picked up, I wasordering thinking it was delivery, once I realized it was pick up I started calling and then I got someone who hung up on me andwas silent on the line because it was now 9.50pm?
