I've been using this location for 2years now and I have not had any problems with my orders at all. They are really a great... team! Well I have been in the Westlake Bee Cave area now for four and a half years and not one time have I gotten a bad Pizza abad batch of brownies or anything they have it's always been spot-on and the very very good with no contact delivery 5 * ???? My child accidentally put in the wrong address. By the time I realized this, the order had been brought back to the store and... thrown in the trash. The order was for over $75. The store manager refused to refund the money or offer any reconciliation. We have just been through an ordeal with the winter storm, loss of water for 4 days and my children had been looking forward totheir favorite pizza. The heartlessness of the manager during these trying times has left me completely unwilling to ever orderfrom Dominos again. We have eaten thousands of dollars of food from Dominos in raising 3 sons but I won't spend another pennyon this unkind and petty company. The manager yelled at me on the phone stating they were running out of dough and supplies andmy mistake cost them so they will not refund me or offer to send the order to my local store. I would have gladly paid to redothe order at the correct store had they provided the refund. Domino's would not have lost our order or our business if they hadbeen understanding regarding a child's mistake. Instead, they were rude, condescending and unkind without any show of communityconcern. I am very disappointed and will make sure my friends and family are aware of the unprofessional and heartless natureof this store's manager. Good-bye Dominos. Read more
