This location gets worse and worse every time I go there. Especially since the new female employees started there. ( Use to be... all or mostly men) they sometimes are just standing outside. I've gotten a free pizza from waiting for my free pizza too long.Which is great for me but if I were the business owner would say it's redicilous and completely uncalled for. But hey what do Iknow right? I've gone there kind of a lot I guess but the last pizza was just gross so I won't be going back to this location.But will be getting my next free pizza still. Just from a different location. Overall I still like Dominos pizza though. ???? Read more
Having a bad experience today. I played an order online at 6:17pm, at 6:20pm got an notification that my pizza was prep by... Nicole, waiting outside keep walking in and out to check on the tracker monitor, it was indicated my name and status was"prep"and seen 2 name above mine. Ok. I was still waiting . At 7:03pm walk in again, waited at the counter and seen my name was 6belowed other name, and my status still "prep". At that time since i paid online already and i had 2 kids waiting too so i askedif i can cancelled my order since i need to go home too. The lady walk in to the register with a very bad attitude told me thati did not have to cancel , if you dont pick up then it will be cancelled by itself. How is it possible? I paid for it alreadyand i dont even have my order ready to pick. So i asked her if she could please cancel it to make sure i got my refund back.After arguing with me then she agreed to cancel it with a terrible attitude. Never again. UPDATED (11/07/22): Decided to update my review since it seems things have improved. Delivery is always fairly quick, aside... from peak times of course, and the food is always warm. --------------------------------------------------- I have orderedfrom here numerous times (probably too many, tbh) since I moved to this area in October. Food is usually exactly what Iwant/expect, though on the rare occasion it got messed up or took forever to get to me, they fixed it. The last few monthsthough, when going to order, delivery is unavailable, which is kind of an imperative for me since I don't drive. I don't blamefolks for not wanting to work as a delivery driver (I tip well, but I know how often they get stiffed), but it'd be nice ifDominos had a contingency like PJ's does with doordash. Not sure I'll be ordering from Dominos anymore (despite it being myfavorite) because I genuinely can't if there's no delivery option, but I'm sure my wallet and waistline will thank me. Read more
