My friend told me this place had a Peruvian inspired menu and drinks so I had to check it out! I tried the Chicha Morada and the... Maracu-Yah! And both were delicious. Not too sweet and could definitely taste the liquor. Jose, the bartender, had great menurecommendations and was very attentive and nice. We ordered the huancaina fries, rock(something) ceviche, and pan conchicharrón. The fries were BOMB, spicy and so flavorful. It’s a big portion of fries.The ceviche was good, and the pan conchicharrón was very good too (needed a little more acidity/citrus). But overall, I enjoyed everything and will come back to tryother things! Service was amazing and the ambiance is nice. I do wish they also had some appetizers in happy hour, maybe insmaller portions. I never leave reviews but my experience here was awful. I didn’t even get to eat or drink here because the manager who is bald... with a beard berated my friend for carrying a water cup from the previous bar in when it was a heat advisory. We gladly placedthe water cups down but the way he spoke to my friend was completely unnecessary when we didn’t argue or do anything wrong.There wasn’t a sign that we couldn’t bring a water cup in to the restaurant. This man clearly has anger problems. I cannotreview the food and beverages because we decided to spend our money somewhere else. They really should treat potential customersbetter. Both the service and the food were top notch. The bartender and the waitress tended to us while we sat at a corner table. We had... a chicken sandwich and the roasted chicken.
