The chain's gimmick was a large array of hot sauces and it was very good. Because pandemic they eliminated all the sauces except... for an in-house, mediocre barbq but the sandwiches were still good, even with the limited sauce choice. Recently, they havestarted rationing the tepid barbq sauce to induce customers to buy a take-home sized bottle of said mediocre sauce.
