Overall positive experience at First Watch . I went here during my lunch hour around 1pm. Not too busy . Great menu selection,... with some healthy options to consider. I ordered the Croque Madame. All the ingredients were high quality, from the bread, tothe bacon, to the greens . The egg was was sunny side up with a little bit of egg white still raw, which isn?t my favorite .Regardless, I would recommend to try this spot. Read more

Family of three with my young son came for the first time and it was a very good experience. Our server was Leo and he was... great! Very attentive and a OnePiece fan so he got bonus points for that too. The food came out hot and with a smile. Everyoneate until we were full. I also got the Purple Haze which was very refreshing! Fantastic experience. The Kale Tonic juice was so fresh and bright. I seriously wanted another glass. Shrimp and Grits were full... of spice and flavor . One of the best versions I've found in Austin ! The lemon ricotta pancakes are light , fluffy and brightwith citrus and fresh fruit . Highly recommend First Watch. The service was wonderful too. WOW! One of the best breakfast experiences I've had in recent memory. We had The Traditional Breakfast and the seasonal Green... Chillie Pork Breakfast Hash. The green chillie plate was incredibly flavorful and very savory. Not pictured was their fresh madedaily blueberry muffin that was insanely good and fresh. Russle took great care of us and made great recommendations. Safe tosay I found a great new brunch spot. Read more
