I love Five Guys. The location at William Cannon in Austin fails on customer service. I went in to place an order. Three guys... were at the line preparing food. All three of them looked up and saw me. None of them acknowledged me. They then appeared toget into a debate over who was going to take my order. At that point I decided to save them the trouble and left. Making thecustomer feel like they are an imposition is NOT a good move. Read more
We love their hamburgers. You can customize them how ever you like. They have excellent french fries also. If you like... peanuts in the shell they have those for you to snack on while your order is being prepared and the peanuts are free. Read more
Always a great burger and delicious fries. This location the workers were super friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work.... My only issue is that a small cheeseburger, small fries, and regular fountain drink was over $17. I would be in trouble if I hada whole family to feed. Having said that, the fries would have fed at least 2 people. I'll be back but I'll bring someone toshare with. Read more
