Food was great but ... They charge you a deceptive 5% "service fee" over and above the price displayed on their menu. I only... noticed because I happened to look at my receipt. (This fee applies whether you use cash or credit card) When I asked thegentleman at the counter about it he pointed to some tiny fine print on the bottom of the menu (the menu is displayed on thewall on 3 TV monitors, this is in a mall food court), it's says "not included, sales tax, 5% service fee" I let him know that99.9% of people are unlikely to ever see that because they are just ordering lunch, not signing a contract! He explained to methat "everyone does this in Florida, and soon it will all be coming here too." I countered with "that's fine, at least displaysomething on your register. Otherwise it's deceptive, because your customers doesn't know that you're charging them more anddid not consent to it." He then went on about banks charging fees and whatnot.
