The ambience is great and it?s an amazing cafe. I had their speciality pour over coffees - in my honest opinion it wasn?t the... best. They use pour over machines which could impact the taste of the coffee. I understand the need to be efficient behind thebar and while it justifies the core business need, it does not meet or match the customer experience and value that I would hopefor from speciality coffee pour overs. I felt my coffees were under extracted and sour.
