Jamie the manager is a fantastic person. She was still really patient with taking our order near closing time even after working... a long shift by herself. She also is very knowledgeable about each and every type of cookie down to the ingredients. Read more

Great cookies. No complaints there. The service is a different story. When I entered, there were maybe ten people ahead of me,... yet the wait was FORTY FIVE MINUTES (doesn?t include the wait time for the actual cookies themselves? just the time it took toorder). About ten minutes in, the line was almost out the door, and the employees went nearly thirty minutes without taking anyorders. They only prepared pick up and delivery orders orders. At no point was anyone in the line ever even acknowledged. Therewas no ?sorry for the wait? or anything after either. Multiple people stormed out in frustration while we waited. Reallydisappointed. We went out for dessert after dinner and the cookies were outstanding! The cookies were soft and just melted in your mouth. We... had peanut butter, root beer float, chocolate chip and I don't remember the others lol. Great place for a midnight snack???????? Read more

These cookies are EXQUISITE. I ordered at like 2am & they were out of a couple cookies I wanted, so this lovely kind lady called... me & asked if I?d like her to refund the money, replace the cookies with others to even the difference, or if I?d like to wait abit longer for her to bake some fresh ones.
