Never ordering from here again. Ordered at 8:04 . Was told driver otw after 30 mins. 15 mins go by still nothing so I canceled... at 8:50. Keep in mind I stay in the same shopping center as the store. Read more
Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my order and my sandwich was missing an ingredient so I was very disappointed. When I called... though, they said they'd correct it and get a new one to me and that was delivered in 10 minutes so very happy with theircustomer satisfaction. Thank you for making it right quickly. Wish I could give zero stars. The level of unprofessionalism from this location is unreal. I replied to a survey about my... experience and the manager calls me to argue as to whether or not his employees rolling their eyes and being snotty is rude orunprofessional. Really? It doesn't matter if someone is wearing a mask or not, a normal person can still read body language andhear tone in someone's voice. As to if corporate is actually there in your location today or not, it clearly doesn't matterbecause it's clear what you guys think of and how you treat your customers.
