I come to juiceland pretty regularly but today was the worst experience to date. I ordered an iced matcha in store and when I... picked it up from the counter, it was warm (103F) when I got home and checked with a thermometer. I told them it was supposed tobe iced and they said ?sorry, our water isn?t very cold and we are out of ice? which would have been nice to know when I orderedand spent $8. The best they could do was ?add some frozen fruit? which I declined, because this isn?t a fruit beverage. I wasannoyed but decided I would pour it over ice when I got home. It?s not at all sweetened (it always is sweetened with dates). SoI have no idea what drink they made, but I?m annoyed I wasted $8 and 20 minutes of my day for something I can?t even drink.
