There?s zero excuse to be on the line without gloves on, especially when you?re taking curbside orders out. Regardless it?s pure... laziness. Food quality is old, definitely taste like the Mac and cheese was made with the morning crew. I work in the foodservice industry downtown and we get hit like crazy and no matter how busy I am(they had one car in their line) would I get onthe line and handle peoples food without gloves Look like the manager who was showing this type of leadership. Customer service was fine. Quality of food is zero. All chicken plus all sides tasted like very old frying grease. Waste of... money. Attempted to contact, but the current phone number listed is not in service. Attempted to access through website, thevirtual ?chat-bot? discontinued the chat session. This is a sad excuse for a business that depends on quality food. The?Colonel? would be shamed if he knew his product was so poorly prepared and made to taste so lousy simply because frying oilisn?t changed regularly. A truly poor experience. Read more
