I love my McDonald's app. Kids always love McDonald's and using the app is definitely worth the trip
I've been to this one twice and each time was a 30 minute wait in line. Yesterday we went and it took 10 minutes to be able to... order and then another 10 to get to the window to pay. When I got to the window to pay, the guy was trying to charge me forthe wrong order and proceeded to list off other orders that weren't hours. He corrected it and then I paid. When I got theorder, I see that they still got the wrong order as I was driving off. They gave me what I asked for...kinda...but they need toget it together. I won't be going back. Read more
I give 3 stars bc they are sometimes pretty fast and food is fresh. But other times the wait is VERY LONG and food seem like... it's been sitting for a while. I use to work at McDonald's and I've seen how they do things. I always tried to make sureeveryone had fresh food and everything they need along with great customer service. But some of these workers here seem likethey take their frustration out on customers at times. "The customer is always right" is what we were trained on. Read more
This is the worst drive thru ever. Ordered my food and two items did not show up on the screen so I asked if they had those two... items and he said yeah.. I get to the window to pay and he's trying to ring up the two frappes I asked for and had them ring upat the wrong flavor. As I move up to get my order I'm asked to pull into reserve spot number one because they don't have the mixin the frappe machine so now I sit and wait 10 minutes or more. I do not recommend going here. Not only have they raised prices but they have cut back on how much you get in your order. This... breakfast meal had half a bacon only. The meal was cold, cheese not melted, yuck! There is no pride in this location. I willjust go to the one on Howard lane, There manager has upped his game and the food is at least fresh and the employees actuallyacknowledge you. What's happened to McDonald's !!! Update 11/6/22 OMG why did I return. Ordered a #4 with added cheese, theycharged for the cheese and left it out. Hashbrowns soggy plus food was cold and they made me park and wait. I don't get it.They had like 6 workers at the window.
