Literally the only McDonald?s close to where I live, I come here often it?s never ?outstanding? service. It?s always mediocre at... best, the staff doesn?t really go out of their way to make sure you get what you ordered. This is the second time though, I hadto stay parked cause the kids at the window were just talking while I waited for nugget sauce. I get home and the buns to theburger are rock hard. Manager was out of line, a complete rude incompetent lady who doesn't deserve to work at McDonald's. All I did was wait... patiently for my doordash with my phone and she ignored me and I asked if she could give me my order she said I was shoving myphone in her face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! All I wanted was a large fry and the ?manager ? proceeds to yell at me in the drive thru saying I... didn?t order it and shut the door in our face so I couldn?t add it on like seriously all I wanted was large fry isn?t it alreadyready like what?s really going on . This is the worse McDonald I've ever been too , I use to work in a McDonald but this one is far from ok , they always forget... something in my orden or always get it wrong on making an ice coffe.
