I haven't given 5?'s in a LONG Time y'all... But this restaurant has truly been an inspiration I'd like to share.. I have been... bouncing all over Austin for 3mo (Rest, Trucks, Guy's Dives, Etc) looking for authenticity in its cuisines (W Indie, Cuban,Asian etc). Missing or Lost EXCEPT FOR HERE?? & The Lebanese Food TRuck at AK Auto Lot Both have FRESH, CRISP ingredients. Went here Thursday night, got 4 items to go. Got home and the first dish I opened had a live cricket in it walking all over the... food. Obviously this was a turn off and my boyfriend and I did not eat ANY of the food because after seeing a large cricket allover one dish we figured they must not have a clean kitchen and did not want to eat anything from this resteraunt. Called backtoday to get a refund and they said they usually only refund the dish that's "messed up". Obviously we through away all the foodimmediately after seeing the cricket so hearing that we might not even get a full refund for food that we did not even get toeat and spent like $60 on was frustrating and reflected badly on their customer service. The man on the phone said he would talkto people that worked that night to "figure out what happened" and that they will call us TOMORROW NIGHT so the "real manager"can sort it out. Definitely never coming back here again, extremely disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and customerservice. If you value cleanliness just don't bother going here, not only is it clearly dirty but they won't give you a refundfor live bugs in your food. Read more
We have enjoyed the food here for years, but our last meal was MARKEDLY disappointing and not near the quality we expected at... much raised prices charged. The Saigon egg rolls under spiced and overcooked. The Kim Chi fries were horrible- soggy fries,burnt pork, stingy cold Kim Chi, barely any cheese. I would want someone to pay ME to have to eat those again. Come on Me Con -get back to good! Food quality is a MUST. Your customers will go somewhere else. No one wants that - including me. This place was a good idea! I got my vietnamese fixin and my mom got her general tsos. Their vietnamese coffee is perf, and they... have thai tea too. Really a catch all I got the yellow curry vermicelli with shrimp and it's really good. ???? Read more

This place has some of the best pho I’ve had in Austin. The broth has a really well developed flavor. They also offer other... great options, like their shaken beef and Thai red curry. I will keep coming back, cannot beat food like this at their pricepoint, it’s great. Read more
