We arrived in Austin on a Sunday night. The place was packed. We searched for a restaurant but they were all booked or had a... long wait. We were tired so we opted P. Terry?s as to was right next to our hotel. The business was brisk, and the food smelledamazing, the menu stated that everything is brought in fresh daily, and never frozen. They make their own Pattie?s, and sidesfrom scratch, even fresh squeezed lemonade. They even had a veggie burger! We ordered two burgers and one fry. The price wasbarely over $10. We stayed and ate. Clearly the place is widely popular. I will tell you the food far exceeded our expectations.Neither of us could stop talking about how fresh it was, so on our departure day, we found another location that was the lastone before leaving town. We couldn?t resist so we stopped. The staff answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. They clearlyloved working for this company. There are currently 27 locations, all owned by a single franchiser who just happens to be thefounder. They are coming soon to San Antonio. If you haven?t been, you are really missing out on a treat!
