Jakob is the best thing about this establishment. My first order, I had to complain to corporate. I had ordered the dinner box... ($11.99) & chicken bacon parmesan melts ($6.99). First, my pepperoni pan pizza had 1 pepperoni per slice (8), I didn't receivemarinara or icing for the cheese and cinnamon sticks, and the cheese sticks were baked to long that they were crunchy (realhard/tough to chew). Plus, the cashier tried to charge me $3 extra to even add pepperoni on my pan pizza. When I returned, Jakobhad personally apologized and was more than happy to correct my first order. I have finally given up on Pizza Hut. I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Over the past few years the quality of their... food and delivery services has been incredibly inconsistent. Estimated delivery time will be 30-35 minutes and lately my pizzaarrives well after an hour and almost always cold. The pizza itself has also been pretty bad lately (cold, really dry despiteordering with extra sauce, and almost no cheese despite ordering with extra cheese). Dominos on the other hand I have found tobe incredibly consistent and dependable. Super fast delivery (almost always within 20-25 minutes) and every Pizza is cookedperfectly and consistently every single time. I figured I would give Pizza Hut another chance so I ordered delivery last night. Again the online estimated delivery time was 30-35 minutes. 1 hour after ordering I called the store to get a status update. It took them a while to figure out my Pizza was still there at the store waiting for a delivery driver to show up. I chose tocancel my order rather than wait another 1/2 hour to get another cold Pizza I would have to reheat in my oven. That was theirlast chance. They have lost me forever as a customer. Read more
canceled my order without contactign me, and when i called them they said that it was to close to closing time so they wouldnt... send the already made food out to me. Trash service, i even offered to drive to them and they said no. Guess i go hungrytonight. Read more
I usually order from the location on Lamar, but because this one was open later I ordered here and when I tell you, disappointed... is an understatement. The pizza was very dry, the pieces were cut unevenly, I was given the incorrect crust, and the customerservice was subpar. It didn?t even taste like Pizza Hut. It was more of a 7/11 quality.
