Smh order my pizza at 2am they came nocking at 5am waking me up idid not open.

Ordered at 2am and they have the nerve to show up at 5am. Are you actually kidding me

This whole experience with this pizza place was horrible!!! Like for real this place needs to be shut down!! First of all its... not called pizza land Its longhorn pizza spot or something of that nature, the place isn't even on Burnet Rd. any more, theymoved it to Guadalupe. I should have turned around at that point, I wasn't too sure if it was even worth the 42 dollars I wasto pay? The last straw was when she told me I owed them $46.67, then had the nerve to turn around and say it was$47 something!Seriously the prices are different when you order online? Since when?! The pizza looked like sh&@!! Excuse my language but thisplace needs to be shut down, demolished and the owner must never be allowed to open another business ever again. What a jokeand waste of time!! Pizza arrived COLD. 1 hour later than the 1 hour they said it would be and the driver made me come out of my home and out to the... road to get my cold food. Then still made me pay full price. Their communication on the phone is the literal worst ive everdealt with. Got a call back after an hour from making the order to ask what my address was and then got a claim of the driverbeing on the way so called back 45 minutes later and still hadnt actually left. mind blown right now. i will never be returningand always sending people away. crooks. Pizza delivered was cheese and we had ordered a stuffed crust with 4 toppings. Ordered pizza at 3 am and pizza arrived at 5:30... and we were already sleeping and had tried to cancel the order at 4 but they said the pizza was already being delivered. Theyrefused to refund when the pizza was incorrect. Slow delivery and wrong product and no refund. Crooks. Read more
