QI Austin is a fabulous restaurant that gives a great Japanese experience. We enjoyed this place thoroughly. All the dishes,... drink choices and desserts are very specially catered. I really love Lin so obviously Qi was on the list of places to go. They did a good job making a terrible looking office building... into a warm and pleasant dining experience. Servers are knowledgeable and tell you what they really love on the menu. The foodis solid with dishes from all over China. Beef dumplings are delicious and have a beautiful crispy skirt attached! The friedfish special was a flounder cut in strips and served with a delicious sauce. I’m very excited to come back. Read more

very delicious and thoughtful Asian tapas! All of the dishes we had were very tasty. Service was very kind & food came out... pretty quick! The ambiance HITS! We came with our family for breakfast/lunch, restaurant inside is really nice and fancy, service was good, the server was very... attentive and suggested a few things. We really liked the place. Just a warning it's pricey and dishes are not big, which should be expected from a gourmet restaurant... like this. We looked at the pictures here in Google maps and got really curious, we decided to check it out and we didn't regretit. The service was good and the restaurant has an awesome design and atmosphere. First time came on Sunday at 1:30 and it wasPACKED with almost an hour wait. We were very hungry so we left. We came back the next day on a Monday at 1:30pm and were seatedright away, because they were closing at 2 we were asked to order everything right away (but we were not rushed to leave after2). For 3 people we ordered 3 egg drop soups, 3 appetizers and 1 entree and 1 dessert. It was enough food for us (but it wasn'ta lot of food.) Everything tasted great and unique and the presentation was awesome. We were very pleased and we will be backagain over the weekend to try some interesting dishes that are only served on weekends. I went for Dim Sum; my best advice is you can park for free in the 4th floor in the parking garage of the building, or on... Sundays on the street is free too. The customer service was good, we ordered mostly dumplings and they’re were amazing!Delicious, fresh and as soon as you walk in you’ll feel a wave of smell, spices… The place was crawled when I arrived(around 11:30am) the waiting list supposed to be an hour and a half but we just wait 10 minutes. I'm super glad that we were able to try this place out. The dim sum here is of great quality. The decor is very modern and gives... you that classy vibe. We ordered a good variety of items and were impressed with them, especially the soup dumplings. These soupdumplings had great texture and also the soup had wonderful flavors to it. The pan fried beef buns and spare ribs with blackbean sauce were also good. I don't think there's anything I wouldn't want to try here. Read more
