I am super disappointed. I frequent this place often, this is my first time at this location and it will definitely be the last.... We spent over 300$ for food that taste horrible. I ordered the New York strip and my boyfriend had the cowboy. Both of us werenot happy with the taste of the steak at all. Mine was actually burnt and did not have much flavor at all! The spinach dip wasvery creamy and did not really taste like a dip, hard to explain the texture was just not right. We also had some crab cakesthey were decent but still lacked seasoning. I highly recommend the sweet potato casserole, that was the best thing we had outof the entire meal. The steak also taste like it had some type of chemical on it my boyfriend said it just taste old to him.Super disappointed in the food however the service was good lol good people but bad food. Dined at Ruth's Chris last night for date night. I have been looking forward to dining here for a long time, and spoiler alert... ... won't ever return. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant, even though it was not that busy. We were in an areasurrounded by stacked up chairs, and light fittings that had broken bulbs, looking into the dining room "proper" where therewere empty tables. Really felt like a second class citizen seated back there. Enjoyed the bread, and the cocktails we beganwith. Starters (beef carpaccio and goats cheese and artichoke dip) arrived quickly and did not set a great scene. Carpacciowas meh. The dip contained almost no artichoke but tons of spinach and not really a dip based on its texture. As we justfinished our starters we were pressed to accept main course ... except it was not ours! All laid out on our table and we arelooking at each other somewhat surprised. Then our attentive waiter arrived and corrected by loading back onto the tray andtaking to a table a few yards away. I sincerely hope they enjoyed it a few minutes later, our main courses arrived. Salmonwith shrimps (chef's special) did not amaze my wife, the salmon was very overcooked, and all she could add were that the shrimpswere nice - the "sauce" tasted like watery butter. My Ribeye (requested MR) was served on a plate that looked like it had donea few rounds without meeting the washing station. It was over MR, close to M. It tasted OK but honestly in places a little"funky" and I could have done better at home in the cast iron skillet. I didn't even finish it, much to the surprise of mywife But the sides ... we asked for roasted brussel sprouts - way undercooked and no sign of any bacon. We also asked for AuGratin potatoes. 3 of us went to dinner on a Friday night at 6pm. This was our first experience at Ruth's Chris steak house. The customer service... was over the top phenomenal. The good was delicious! And the wine was perfect! No complaints. I would definitely come back! Thecrab cakes had so much crab meat in them! Definitely a must try! And the creamed spinach was our favorite side. Dined at Ruth's hoping for a nice Friday end of the week meal. Arrived for happy hour specials (5:25pm) server presented the... main menu. Asked for the happy hour menu, was given an attitude. Took our drink order and did not see him again The other servercame by and took our order. I ordered the steak sandwich. No sauce. But in the side. It came with the sauce covering the entree.My wife ordered the burger. Not the Ruth quality. But the fries were old, stale, cold, and hard. Why would the kitchen serve oldfries? The spicy shrimp was so tasty and the ahi tuna was THE BEST tuna I have had in a long time! Excellent service from our bartender... (Megan) and the manager (Jason) was so attentive, they made us feel like we were in the comfort of our own home. 10/10recommended and we will be coming back! Read more
