Poor quality food, especially for the price. Slow service. Don't go here. Ordered in advance online, and it was supposed to be... ready in 15 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later, and it still took another 20 minutes. The sausage was dry, overcooked, and hardto chew like it was a week old. And this cost $80 for three people to get a sandwich, a side, and a drink. Read more

My opinion based on my experience, brisket was the driest I've ever seen and so was the regular sausage. Bread was dry and hard... around the Edges. Read more

This beats houston bbq. Never have I tasted jalapeno sausage that was cooked to this perfection. When I say finger licking... good....it is the best. I only wish I ordered more to take back to houston with me. Not ordering MORE was my mistake but itwon't happen again!????Keep up the great customer service and outstanding production of this signature jalapeno cheddar sausage.I will definitely be returning back everytime I go to Austin. Friendly service. A little slow but it's no big deal. The price of $13 for .5lb meat and 2 sides seems reasonable. The cole slaw... looked promising with the crunchy texture and chunks of cabbage. Then the huge amount of pepper corn chunks ruined the flavor. And that seemed to be a recurring issue here. The potato salad was decent enough in flavor but lacked presence as it was mostlymashed vs chunky and again, heavy on the pepper. The beans were not very good. The flavor was bland and the after taste was evenworse, and there was a almost gritty feeling to them. The cream corn was surprisingly good. But again a little heavy on thepepper. Ample fixings and not cheap bread. Now for the main dishes. The sausage was good but it isn't made in house so warmingup sausage isn't a feat here. The turkey was surprisingly good. Moist and had a good smoke flavor. The brisket was presentednice. About 4-5 1/4 inch slices layed neatly. Proper crust and smoke ring. But... it wasn't moist. It wasn't that tender and theflavor didn't really go past the crust. And if it wasn't moist cause it was the lean well I wasn't asked for my preference likenearly every other place. There was a thin line of fat on the slices and it just didn't melt in your mouth. It tasted like apiece of fat rather than a rendered down piece one with the brisket. The bbq sauces all made in house were.... not that goodeither. They all had a strong presence of garlic and pepper and I really didn't care for them. All in all I was not satisfiedand felt like a waste of $32. *I rate based on taste and quality. Not my preference. I prefer chunky salad but didn't take awaypoints for it being mashed. I am from Texas and love my spicy bbq with a strong pepper flavor but this was too much* Edit-addeda picture of the coleslaw, salad and cream corn. Look at the amount of pepper corn chunks.
