Received order earlier via Grub Hub and thought it was a mistake. Ordered Chicken Katsu Ramen and received maybe a tablespoon... of corn. Broth lacked flavor. Noodles were very overcooked. Please stop serving Ramen, it tastes like people who give less than 2 turtle slops about their food made it. I honestly feel... sorry for anyone that enjoys their ramen. I just picked up an order from this place and I am currently eating while typing this. I was really craving some good ramen and... dumplings but this meal is sooo disappointing. It's confusing how this establishment manage to maintain business with its undeniable poor quality, taste, presentation and... pricing for their food. The ramen broth "appears" thick but taste incredibly bland; noodles are simply tasteless as well. Theyakiudon...really?? Is it even considered yakiudon? Is it considered a dish? It's the one of the most unappetizing thing aperson can witness...it sadly makes fast food look better. Appetizers may be from the frozen food section, but people mostlikely can prepare it better at home...other people's rice bowl must be below standard as well since they only took 3 bites ofit and ready to move on...it's just SO bad. It's so bad, you would think their pricing would be lower BUT NO, their pricing isactually more than most legitimate ramen restaurants in Austin...so how it manages to stay in business?? It's a mystery! Butregardless, why suffer when you can get significantly better food elsewhere. Lastly, it must be noted that this place hascleanliness concerns...the dining room is grimy. Something gotta be wrong with their air ventilation. There are leaks and itwasn't even raining that day. I mean most restaurants over there are in old establishments, so it's challenging to look itsbest, but at least try... All in all...there are so many things that this place must improve on in order to survive thiscompetitive restaurant industry.
