I am a loyal Starbucks customer for many years now and I can say with what I experienced this morning at the Ben white location... they have lost a customer. Even during these times that every American has to stretch their dollars I still remain a customer.As I was exiting the building with my venti drinks one was knocked out of my hands by another customer entering the facility thestaff just started and didn?t offer to replace the drink.
