Very quick and friendly service for a hotel Starbucks
I?ve never waited for 30 minutes in a Starbucks. Will try the lobby bar next time I?m in a rush.
As was commented by several other reviewers, the service was really slow. I stood in line for about 20 minutes on a Sunday... morning. Two of the three people working seem to be moving in slow motion. I'll admit that once I put my order in my drink cameout quickly. But it was a simple order. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have stood in the line, but it's the only place I know to get acoffee in the hotel before I go back up to my room and pack up. And if this was a mom and pop shop or an independent I might notcomplain but come on this is Starbucks a multi-billion dollar corporation. Surely they can do better than this. Read more
