Ordered the Sashimi platter and a Red Dragon Roll. Everything was okay, the Sashimi didn't seem fresh, and the salmon left a... pink residue, assuming that was dye from farm raised fish. The food here is incredible with biiiig portions! The people are so nice and hospitable. We got gyoza and it was nice and... crunchy but not overdone. The chicken was nicely cooked and flavorful. The house salad has a really bright and zesty gingersauce, kinda reminds me of Italian vinaigrette but with ginger instead (and I’m not a huge ginger fan). I got beef yakisobaand it was really good, the beef was cooked perfectly! For the sushi, I recommend getting the crunch roll with eel sauce andspicy Mayo added on top.
