I have ordered twice within the last 5 days and I tried to give them another chance but they just can?t seem to care about... quality control. As a former employee of the company I know each specific role in the line and know that there are at least 3screens that show every bit of the order in itself. The first time, I had received the complete wrong order, I tried to callmany times, and nobody answered the line. It sucks that I have to give a bad review for someone to see this and possibly reply,but wouldn?t you be frustrated if your order was completely wrong every time you have tried a new location. Honestly a solid location. After having the misfortune of experiencing a truly awful taco bell (stay far away from Leander!), I... feel blessed that this one is so close to me. Sure, they mess up orders sometimes and staffing can affect store hours, butwelcome to practically any restaurant in 2022. For me the food has always been super fresh and fast, and the few times I've usedthe drive-thru or gone inside the staff has always been chill (if a bit overworked). I went there tonight to get some food and I was pleasantly surprised on how friendly the drive-through service was. Huey is very... kind and friendly. Definitely not your ordinary drive-through experience I had like in the past. We definitely need more peoplelike him in this world that?s for sure. Definitely be coming back to the same drive-through. There?s nothing more frustratingthan a rude, tired employee that makes you feel regretting stopping by in the first place. Something's off at this location. Ordered twice while staying in town this month for work. They are one of the only options late... near my hotel. Both times missing items and stuff that did show up was wrong. Like super wrong. Cold, uncooked, skimpy, wrongingredients, disregarded meat choice etc. I know it's TB but this is purposefully bad.
