I love TCBY and it's so hard to find so i was very excited to find this little gem in the heart of downtown Austin. The building... was cute, and the food was yummy but the customer service wasn't great. I asked for extra fudge and they said they can not doany extras of any kind, which was weird. The guy didn't seem to care whether or not they had any business and that's a bummerbecause without customers, the doors shut and you don't have a job buddy. Aside from the customer service sucking, the yogurtwas great- but it would've been better with extra fudge. :) Read more
So good. Haven't had TCBY in ages. Picked 3 flavors since I couldn't decide. Will be back again next time we're in town.
Just went here for the first time today. The man at the window was so incredibly rude and condescending after being asked 1... question about the menu. He is an older man with long hair. He is clearly miserable in his position. We walked away and went toMenchie's. MUCH better experience there. Read more
Fro-yo was definitely good and the portion was generous. However, they seem to be understaffed and the little staff that they do... have seem to be unhappy. The customer service was pretty bad. Probably a reflection of poor wages, but who knows. Read more

I typically love TCBY for over many years but wasn?t impressed by this location. It?s a bit weird that it?s drive Thru only. So... if you are there by foot you have to walk up to the drive thu to order through this small window. Who wants to eat ice cream intheir car while driving! There is a small dirty table outside to eat but it?s unpleasant. The guy serving the ice cream at thedrive thru was not that pleasant or patient to respond to simple questions.
