I had this at the Texas Craft Brewers Festival. I was very disappointed. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait after I... ordered. It was easily 45. Ok, they are slammed, hopefully the food is good. It was not. Literally everything was overly salty.The beef and the rice had to be done ahead of time, so everyone was waiting for the tostones. Not a single item was good. Andthe beef was dry despite being slow cooked and tender. They need to go back to the drawing board with these dishes. Read more
