Alvin is amazing!!! Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Extremely friendly and comes with jokes that everyone in... the restaurant was laughing at. This guy goes the extra mile and enjoys what he does. If I was corporate management I would bebe really looking into this guy for bigger and better things. The world needs more Alvins. Read more
I got the app thinking I could order in advance but I waited almost an hour for a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings meal. I had never been to a Whataburger that had the most respectful, kind and sweetest employees. Alvin went above and beyond to make... sure I had everything I needed and even suggested to me the new hot sauce ketchup with some pepper and man it was AMAZING! Iabsolutely loved it and now have to have all my meals that way. The cooks did really good on my meal, the food was cooked justright and was filled with all the extras inside. The cashier was very nice and I was even greeted at the door by an employee.Place was clean even the bathrooms to the drink bar. Loved this Whataburger so much that I will now only come here when I?mplanning to fly in and out of Austin! Read more
