I loveeee their soft serve! I?m lactose intolerant and it?s surprisingly hard to find DF desserts that actually taste good. I... love Zeds because their soft serve is light, fluffy, and fresh with simple flavor combos. I?ve tried the strawberry paleta,blackberry with coconut cream, and banana with caramel & choco chips. My husband usually gets some trifecta of chocolate,crunchies, & banana with the regular soft serve. Their patio is no frills but overall cute. Only complaint is the persistentflies. With ice cream dripping on all the tables they?re probably impossible to keep away. Zeds a little off the beaten path butalways worth a visit. Read more

This ice cream was so creamy, fresh and delicious. I got the banana base with Oreos and sprinkles and my bf got the strawberry... base with some crumble on top. Really cute spot and great ice cream - I've never seen New Zealand style ice cream before but itdid not disappoint! Read more

Zeds is truly a hidden gem tucked into a neighborhood off busy MLK. We always manage to get there just before the parking fills... up! I've told all my friends they have to try it. Flavorful, fruity ice cream without the heavy, overly sweet taste other icecreams default to. The staff is super nice, too. I like the casual picnic tables and dog friendly atmosphere. Plenty of shadeand fans in the hot summer. My partner and I have a mini-date here a couple times a month. Quick, casual outing for a littletreat -- pretty affordable, too!
