This was our first time here at this gem of a restaurant!!!! It was amazing!!! The vibe of this place is so cool and the food... was outstanding!!!! The hostess Marissa was so sweet and bubbly. Our waitress Megan was professional and friendly told us allabout the food on the menu. We started out with brisket tacos, octopus , and potato leek soup which all were amazing!!!! Theflavors were flowing!!!! My husband had the venison which he absolutely loved and it was a special and I had the steak with duckfat truffle parmesan fries over sautéed spinach which was to die for!!!!! All homemade desserts which sounded amazing!! We hadthe apple crumb cheese cake which was so good!!!!! This is our new favorite restaurant and if you haven’t tried this place youhave to!!!!! We had a great meal at Cave Bistro tonight (10/21/22) !!! Stacy is a great waitress / hostess - as were all the others who... work here. The food was delicious as we had the Pork Chop; Chicken; Halibut and Tacos. This is the place to eat in or take out when you are looking for delicious healthy meals! The food is so good I crave it and... drive from far away for this payed back but somehow also elevated cuisine. My favorite is the vegetable curry rice bowl orbrisket and I never leave without taking some brownies and cookies home with me for the kids (and for me) as a healthier versionof dessert. I love this place in Avon, NJ!
